Our deepest condolences to all family & friends. We are deeply saddened by his loss. We remember Douglas well. He spent lots of time at our house through the years & we will always remember his infectious smile & kind heart! I'm so sad and sorry to read this. I have only good memories of Douglas from when I taught him in elementary school. He was a smart, sweet, likeable kid, always offering to help me or others- whether it was cleaning the chalkboards, setting up an activity, putting things away. Sometimes just hanging around to talk. My sympathy to his kids and to the Abel and Favel families.

I was extremely sadened to see that Doug has passed . Many many great memories . His loyal friendship, his unlimited kindness and hid dedication to making sure that if you were having a bad day that he would have you smiling by the end of it. The kid that could make a stone statue smile . I will miss you Dugeye. Thank you for just being you. Rest easy now Doug. Your brother TP.
