As long time close friends with Brian & Mary Ann, Godparents to Jessica, and of course Nathan being extra special to us as well, we would like to extend our heartfelt sympathy and love to the entire Lacoursiere family. Helen was a very special lady. No matter where we were or what the occasion was, Helen was always so warm & welcoming and treated like we were her own. And of course, she made sure there was always plenty to eat. She was an excellent cook and baker. She made her house feel like a home. She was a kind and humble lady, she was thoughtful, empathetic, considerate, caring, generous, with a genuine care for others. She spoke with gentleness and warmth. And one thing was certain, she loved her family so much and would do anything for them. She made life better and brighter for those around her. She will be greatly missed. I have attached a photo of Helen with Brian and Nathan, taken at Jessica and Jeff’s wedding. She was beaming with pride the entire day. She was so proud of you all! And she looked so pretty. My mother Irene Kovach was friends with Helen and Margaret. When we visited from Edmonton my boys Geoffrey and Kevin Palko played with Kevin. Condolences to the family.
