B I O G R A P H Y


GIRODAT: Jacqueline Irene Girodat passed away on Friday, June 10, 2005 at the age of 40 years.


Jacqueline is survived by: her husband Dwayne of Lloydminster; two sons Tyler and Derek; her Mother Velma Fournier of Wetaskiwin; one sister Lorene Fournier & Aaron Boychuk of Stony Plain; one brother Brad & Ceone Fournier of Edmonton; two nephews Ryan Murray and Owen Fournier; and one niece Claire Fournier.


Jacqueline was predeceased by her father Aime Fournier in 2002.


A prayer service for Jacqueline was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster on Thursday, June 16 at 7:00 P.M.


The funeral service for Jacqueline was conducted from the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship on Friday, June 17, 2005 at 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Lyle Berg officiating.


A eulogy was given by Brad Fournier.


Active pallbearers were: Rick Akre, Dave Girodat, Brad Fournier, Don Brattly, Ken Elmgreen and Ryan Murray.


Interment followed in the Lloydminster City Cemetery.


McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements.


Donations in memory of Jacqueline may be made to a Trust Fund for Tyler & Derek or the Lloydminster Gospel Fellowship Church - Building Fund.
