TETZ: Hazel Iris Annie Tetz passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the age of 79 years.

Hazel is survived by: her children: Marlene Edwards, Melvin Tetz and his wife Ernestine; Lynn Tetz; Murlyn Tetz and Deb; Merildeana and her husband John Graham; Kelvin Tetz and Deanna; Karen and her husband Herb Schmidt; Adafaye and her husband Tim Wood; Dale Tetz; Val Tetz; twenty-five grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren as well as numerous other relatives.

Hazel was predeceased by: her husband Clarence, her son Mervyn; her son-in-law David and her mother and father and mother-in-law and father-in-law and brother.

The funeral service for Hazel was conducted from the McCaw Funeral Chapel, Lloydminster, Alberta on Wednesday, February 16, 2005 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Elwood McLean officiating.

A eulogy was given by Maureen Cox.

A special CD processional "She's An Eagle When She Flies," was played.

The organist was Tiffany Franks.

Honorary Pallbearers were all the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Active pallbearers were: Murlyn Tetz, Calvin Tetz, Dale Tetz, Brian Tetz, Mike Edwards, Keith Tetz, Dustin Tetz and Brendan Scott.

Interment followed in the Marshall Cemetery.

McCaw Funeral Service Ltd., of Lloydminster administered the funeral arrangements.
