Sarah Maria Grazia Leyen passed away in the Lloydminster Hospital on September 26, 2004.

Sarah is survived by: her parents Richard Leyen and Chelo Silvini; Grandparents: Keith and Pat Leyen; Grandmothers: Romaine Goudreau and Loretta Valvasori; Grandfather Norm Goudreau; Great Grandfather Leonard Silvini (Nonno); Great Grandmother Mary Leyen; Uncles and Aunts: Les and Josie Leyen; Robert Trammell; Jessie and Michelle Ackers; Norelle Goudreau; Lenny Silvini; Reneʹ Goudreau; Franca Silvini; Dante Silvini; Giancarlo Silvini; nephews: Ryan and Ethan Leyen. Special mention to: Papa Pederson, Uncle Dean, Auntie Tammy and the girls; Uncle David Erick; Auntie Chris Dreger and Little Bruce and a special thank you to Shawnda Heise for all our precious memories of our Sarah.

God looked down through heaven so amazed at what he saw;

two people so deserving of his love;

That he knew to complete them, only one thing still remained, so he

blessed them with an angel from above:

From the day they both discovered, of this life growing within;

they cherished every moment as time passed:

For they knew only heaven could have known of their true love;

and known the love they shared would always last:

Then all stood still when they knew that the time had finally come;

their precious gift of life was oh so near:

But somewhere in that time as they awaited this sweet love; God

changed his mind and took her back from here:

This world we're in is so imperfect, that when he had realized, this

little angel was too perfect to remain:

He brought her back into his arms, for all the world to look up to, still

never meaning once to leave behind such pain:

So know that God had blessed you with this seed he planted here, that

will bloom in heaven for eternity:

And now all will have this angel, Sarah Leyen, looking down, to help

us through those times too hard to see,

An angel always there for you and me.
