She participated in various educational and training programs, including learning emergency medical services (EMS) skills and firefighting skills. She was also known for her strong work ethic and was an amazing cleaner. Over the years, she held various cleaning positions in Lloydminster and Onion Lake, helping families in their homes, working in hotels, and ensuring every space she cared for including her home was kept clean and welcoming. She took great pride in her work and in helping others.

Despite the challenges she faced, Betty Anne was known for her beautiful smile, her infectious laugh, and her resiliency. These qualities reflected her spirit - one that continued forward even when life felt heavy. She was more than her struggles; she was a woman who loved deeply and mattered greatly to those around her.

She is lovingly remembered by: her children, Ryan, RaeAnne (Jon), and Kristian (Kira); her cherished grandchildren, Rosary, Rosalynn, Ryanna, Raeden, and Waylon; She shared a very close bond with her sister Beatrice’s children, Brittany, Wanita, Cheyenne, Shelby, Amber, and Laci, they all held a special place in her heart.
